This song is really two different but related songs which I merged together into one longer one, making it in a sense one song with two different moods. To me, both parts are somewhat wistful, somewhat regretful, and somewhat full of longing for things that never were. Some memories of incredible times when I was young, as well as memories of some of my dreams for what was at that point in time the future.

Note that this song was done using only an Elektron Monomachine.
